Did not uphold what was spoken about in the original conversation when signing up. Did not send any confirmation to me about my gym membership except the welcome email which includes nothing about the actual numbers and how you are billed. This was also rushed and explained poorly in signup. Also, when I signed up the whole system shut down and they were about to charge me twice if I didn’t check and confirm that I was already charged. Just poor satisfaction and lack of customer respect at this location. Bathrooms smell awful and gym equipment is sparse across the gym any time after 4 PM. If you choose this gym just make sure you get confirmation of EVERYTHING and get confirmation in writing. ~Trevor

I needed tuna salad and all the employees that work there seemed like they don't want to work.. No help they just stare at you.. I had to go on the other side of the building in front by the cashiers to get help.. and they didn't have a looking for even when it was online.. Horrible customer service.. I'm done with this place.. ~Garon

My car definitely came out way better than expected. Ray’s got me on the schedule in a very timely fashioned and still took the time to make sure the work was completed exactly the way I wanted it done. Extremely accommodating, friendly, and most importantly reasonable on price. I will definitely be a returning customer!! ~Parker
