Most of the staff try to help find whatever it is I'm looking for. 9 out of 10 times have what I need for most projects or at least some alternative. Prices for most of what they sell is average or higher quality. The only problem I've had is when I was buying orange, blue, and red loctite I opened the first 2 just fine, about 2 weeks later I opened the red and found it was completely empty that someone sealed back up in the package. Not sure who decided to repackage it so im definitely making sure I get what I'm paying for from now on or going straight back for a return/exchange.

The store in Harvard IL is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have had this treatment several times over the year. This was my last encounter with them. When i entered the store employees were sitting on the counter gathered less than 6 feet apart and no face coverings. I was asked if they could help me and pointed me to isle 5. Nothing in isle 5 had anything to do with what i was looking for. I will avoid this store from now on and most likely get my parts off Amazon. Better prices and more help than than the unprofessional staff.

Friendly people working the counter. If something isn't right or they just don't know what you're talking about they are still patient and try to be helpful. Slow moving on researching parts for us but ..we get it. Our truck is a 1993. Older than most we've dealt with, lol but all in all we're happy. That's why we return. Thanks!

I did my own work. I am not mechanically inclined. Not only were the people helpful and friendly but I really thought they went above and beyond work. I cannot stress enough about the great experience I had I don't leave five star reviews usually it was a no-brainer on this one the manager especially made my day he was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way for me I'm ashamed to say I don't remember his name. But this experience has made me an O'Reilly's customer for life.

I visited on May 31, 2020, and saw signs on both of the entry doors saying employees will be wearing masks - COVID19. I don't recall if it required customers to wear masks or not, but I was wearing one. Upon entering the store, I observed 2 employees not wearing masks talking to 2 mechanics in uniform - also not wearing masks. It's one thing to not have a policy regarding masks. But to so blatantly have a policy that's being disregarded is just lip-service. If they can't follow through on such a small, publicly-stated policy, why would I trust anything about this place?
