We've been going here for years, actually, moved out west, but was back in the area and went there to have wipers replaced and my fuses checked, Jim the owner is fantastic. Most of the staff try to help find whatever it is I'm looking for. 9 out of 10 times have what I need for most projects or at least some alternative. Prices for most of what they sell is average or higher quality. The only problem I've had is when I was buying orange, blue, and red loctite I opened the first 2 just fine, about 2 weeks later I opened the red and found it was completely empty that someone sealed back up in the package. Not sure who decided to repackage it so im definitely making sure I get what I'm paying for from now on or going straight back for a return/exchange. ~Andrew

I recently bought my new truck from Harvard GM, great Sales Department! I wanted to redeem GM points and had no idea how. Parts and Service folks were very professional and friendly. Probably the only mechanic I can trust. He fixed what my previous mechanjch kept leaching money from me and my car hasn't had the same problem twice ever since I started taking it to him. He works well within my budget and I feel like he's honest and trustworthy. I'll gladly make the trip from Wisconsin to Harvard for a good mechanic like him. ~catmaster17

He sales unsafe vehicles. I bought a vehicle from him and it had a bad subframe which made it to where it was unsafe for me to drive it until I get it fixed since he isn’t doing anything about it. He didn’t even believe me when I told him that the subframe was bad. ~Children

Why does the the management post a mask sign during the pandemic on the door outside and none of the workers on the inside don't ever wear masks? Seems like a double standard to me. Thanks for not being concerned enough. If you don't care about yourself then have some decency and care about the people that pay your bills. ~John
