I was pleasantly greeted at about 3 pm today by a woman who told me she was 70, and it was Sr discount day today. I shopped for quite awhile and had about 8 clothing articles to buy. The young girl at the register denied my Sr discount (and seemed unsure of the 50% off yellow tags) because she couldn't "find me" in her system. I asked if I could just give start over and she said no. I have been a customer in the Spfld stores so apparently their computers are not linked. I left without purchasing a thing

I’ve been an avid Goodwill customer for many years and love this store. 3 stars due to business hours. I got on there website and it showed they were open, but when I drove down here, they’re closed. Please change your Sunday time from 12:00 am to 12:00 pm , so the store hours are accurate.

I've always enjoyed stopping by and visiting the store on my way to Galesburg when visiting my grandchildren. Although this is a very nice store, I actually preferred their previous store better. The older one felt more like a Kohl's or Gordmans style of store with the way they decorated it. The prices are higher than Missouri Goodwill stores but it's still well worth visiting.

Great workers very down to earth had stuff on sale for .99 cents I got a bag full for $6.00 it really helps us out to find good deals to help my girls get clothes. Ty goodwill!

This Goodwill always has a good variety of clothes, toys and household goods. The employees are very friendly and want to help. Call ahead about donations, hate for you to drive here and be turned away.

The ladies who work there are amazing, sweet, & extremely helpful in every way. The store's spacious and has all kinds of various things for everyone. I truly enjoyed my experience and can't wait to go back

The cashier was nice. But the store closed two hours earlier than what was posted, so we didn't have any time to look around. And almost all of the items that weren't clothing, were nasty and very unclean. I'm fairly disappointed.

It was amazing! The two people working helped me to save 20% off my entire order. They didn't have to but went out of their way. I very much wish I had gotten their names bc they deserve recognition. Fantastic service!!
