WARNING: 1st time customer experienced made up fees and false mileage reads to heighten your bills! U-Haul is a brand and resource I've trusted for years. Prior to booking a rental with this location I would recommend any dealer. Until I've booked with these guys. A false mileage read was recorded on my contract. So I had to pay for miles from pervious renter. I took ownership over miles recorded because I signed a contract, but that's not the worst. Prior to returning the vehicle I stopped for gas twice to ensure needle is at 1/2 tank. These guys charged me fees for gas though it was at 1/2 tank at return per request. I called to dispute I was threaten with photos of evidence and no reverse charge. I'm a man of integrity and ethical business practice. This U-Haul dealer wouldn't release photo evidence unless I got U-Haul involved. I was a first time customer and can't believe this response. If it wasn't at 1/2 tank, send me proof and I'll take blame. But it wasn't until I said I'll write a google review and report to U-haul that they wanted to reverse the fee. I declined this non-organic solution because of the principal and unethical practice. I'll be proceeding with contacting U-Haul but I warn you, these guys will make up fees and false mileage reads to heighten your bills. Concerned Customer March 2019

Terrible service. Gave me a hard time about me about having the paper license the dmv. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Went down the street to the uhaul in Lansing & was in & out. They deserve no stars
