This was a great place to rent a U-Haul trailer from; definitely the best experience I have had with U-Haul! Everything was processed quickly and easily. I want to recognize Jessica for doing such a great job with customer service. She was so kind and helpful. She even wished me a happy early birthday when checking my ID for the rental. Definitely a great experience because of great customer service!

We went to 2 different UHauls with reservations and neither had our trucks available. Frustrated, we went to this one as our last option. Jessica Johnson was GREAT and also gave us our $50 discount since our trucks were not available as t the other locations. We didn't have a reservation for this location, but she still made sure we got a truck! Jessica Johnson hooked us up and did a great job. Thank you so much you're a life saver.

Employees were no help at all. I placed my reservation online ahead of time. When I arrived they said they have no trucks when they clearly had 3 trucks outside with no one to them. Once I pointed them out they just surged their shoulders and said they're reserved and there's nothing they can do. After 5 minutes a lady with the exact truck size I reserved returned her truck. I asked if I can take that one and they said sure but once they started to look on the computer they said I had to wait another 3 hours just to get that one. Both Employees were no help and no manager in the building.

When making a reservation for something it should be there when you arrive. Also I am a senior and a female, the young man that sent me through hoops about not having a "dolly" that I reserved, eventually... found one outside and never offered to put in my car/truck. It's the little things that count, I have used Uhaul for years and this was the first time that happened. I don't like leaving poor reviews but when you can do better, please do so.

I've been dealing with this uhaul on the regular basis for almost two years. It's a good experience every time. The General Manager is one Hard working woman. She has one of the best attitudes around.

My experience was good until I got to leave and my daughter needed someone to a gentleman to help her put her car on the rack and wasn't no gentleman around

This is by far the best Experience I have had with UHaul. Service was top notch. I might go back for storage.

This one is the worst place to do business at. I can't wait to get my things out of storage. They are always saying they didn't get my payment. And not cashing the check, it come back then they charge a late fee.
