I talked to a really nice pharmacist on Sunday at 10pm but Monday at 5pm the young man was rude and arrogant I ask him a question and he is asking me what the direction say if I knew that I wouldn't have called. Ghetto store in a ghetto neighborhood with a ghetto pharmacist

I’m going to have to give the whole franchise a 1 star. I’d like to point out 3 employees, Renee, Jayden, and Mr. Arnell. On yesterday I went to the store to get a few things. These 3 employees went above and beyond to make sure they accommodated me according to the Walgreens advertisement. In my book, they deserve a raise for taking the brunt of customer service issues that are beyond their control. Walgreens needs to update the system to populate the register rewards as advertised so that we as customers get what you advertise. I noticed that there’s also no longer security in the store. The above listed employees deserve 10 stars for working in a store in a high crime area.

Not sure if they are under new management, but the last few times I have been in there, things have improved tremendously. I have also noticed new people. The old, rude, ghetto, and non-customer service oriented staff seems to be gone. I hope they continue with this trend. We'll update this review in a few months. Update: As promised, I updated my review to say the improvements I thought I saw the last few times didn’t last. Still Worse Walgreens Ever! Went in there today to pick up an order (mind you it was supposed to be a curbside pickup). The employee acted as if I was disturbing her for asking for my order. That’s it! Won’t be using this Walgreens ever again!

I absolutely hate that this is my local Walgreens!!! The drive through always has over 10 cars in it, nobody ever answers the phone, the lines inside are just as bad! They seemed overwhelmed always! I called a different Walgreens to ask a question I got to talk to a pharmacist in 3 minutes I called calumet city to verify a prescription issue after 19min on hold they hung up. I will waste the gas to go to a different Walgreens. There are a few pleasant workers but unfortunately thier hardwork gets over shadowed By the girl constantly on her phone with air pods, or the 2 in drive up that pick and choose which car they tell you first despite the order we arrive

The corner of Sibley and Torrence can definitely not be described as the corner of happy and healthy. This Walgreens location is a heath breaking, poor customers service from their pharmacy no oral of conduct staff are very rude l love my medication from Walgreens, but unfortunately we have to transfer our RX.

According to Walgreens in Illinois they do not take Hoosier health which is Medicaid how come?Franciscan health in Illinois takes Hoosier health why can't they? no you have to go to Walgreens in Indiana to do that if I'm in Illinois or close to the state line going west I should be able to stop in an Illinois Walgreens and have a prescription filled but they won't take what's called Hoosier health from Indiana at an Illinois Walgreens. they're probably the only ones that don't! I stopped doing business with Walgreens long time ago. this prescription fill was being done for a friend of mine goodbye Walgreens

This is the worst Walgreens to go to. Today me and my mother went in to buy snacks so after I paid I left the store and waited for my mom. When she returns to the car I could tell she was visibly upset so I asked her what was wrong and she said that an older black man that works there named Arnell tried to accuse her of stealing a pack of pistachios. My mother has never stolen in her life and has been a stay at home mom for 42yrs and my father is a retired marine as well as a retired postal worker. I get that store has a lot of homeless people around begging but my mother is not one of them. He yelled out in the store that she was stealing and didn’t even apologize after he found out he was wrong so we will be calling corporate to get these store associates better trained in customer service because it’s obvious they all need some training in that department

The corner of Sibley and Torrence can definitely not be described as the corner of happy and healthy. This Walgreens location is a disgrace and shows that management does not care. If I could provide pictures I would, but in trepidation of having my phone swiped - I must describe what I have seen. One point of agitation is that it would be nice to be able to get all the items I need in one trip around the store, but I can't because there are 4 shopping carts for the entire store and no baskets. If your attention isn't drawn to the torn and falling grey strips on the shelves then surely it will be drawn to all of the locked up product that forces you to wait on an associate to unlock. Ah, and the employees...while I commend them for trying their best (typically) there are some who just do not care and would rather surf the interwebs on their phones or have conversations that do not pertain to the task at hand: helping the customer! I could write more, but I think I have made my point. If it's not corporate to blame then it is the store manager who seems to not be able to rally these troops and bring the store to the glory it once had. For now, it's a sinking ship full of skinbags.

Just had the worst experience trying to print out a passport picture. I've used their services to help bring my wife here to the United states. They printed a passport picture I provided and had no issues. A few days ago, I came back to do the same for her son and the picture wasn't correct, so I had to come back with a better copy. When I came back today, I was informed that they will not allow me to print a passport picture for her son. They said the person needs to be present to be able to print the picture. If you have ever dealt with the ucscis, you know you need to provide a passport picture to allow the person you're pititioning to enter into the USA. I was told I couldn't print the picture but was offered to print a 4x4 which doesn't help. A passport picture is 2x2. If you're able to offer a 4x4 then why not just print out a 2x2. I escalated this issue the the store manager and she doublde down on this rule and wouldn't allow me to print the picture. They told me to go to another walgreens. Thsts bad for business.

They use to open for 24hrs now all of a sudden the store opens at 8am to 10pm. They never have enough employees. I did a order online to pick up my order. I received a notification saying it was ready but when I get there the lady tell me they never got my order so it wasn't prepared at all I had to shop for my own order even though it took my money online. It's sad!
