Worst service I’ve had to deal with, I’ve banked with chase, Bank of America, and us bank. This particular location always has some type of issue where we can’t get change or go through the drive thru

This bank location used to be great and it meet my needs, now with the current staff that they have it is horrible. Every two weeks I will get a pack of $2 bills without a problem now they aways say we will order them but never do. And the bank tellers are rude. If you can't meet the customers needs and is rude please select another job. Signed a unhappy customer 😕

Absolutely the worst bank by far and a complete rip off . They don’t meet the customers needs. And customer service is always rude employees poor customer service , and they always hang up the phone and it’s never someone who speaks fluent English. And the 7$ a day overdraft is absolutely crazy. I should of went with my first mind and not opened with this bank.

This drive thru has been a mess for a long time. I always hate coming to this location and try to avoid it unless absolutely necessary. You will always wait a long time here if there are any cars in front of you. The tellers have been very rude in the past until recently, I think they have new management. In the past there was a guy named Isaac working there that couldn't care less. I don't know if they are under staffed or just poorly managed, but this branch does not seem to change. Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting. Every other location is very efficient. If you can avoid this location go elsewhere.

This branch is a joke,customer experience as it worse.The branch manager always give my customers a hard time cashing a title loan check.She doesn’t need to be in a customer service field if she can’t deal with customers.

This afternoon I drove up to drive thru ATM. Of course a white van with tinted windows were parked in front of machine. I then drove around to the drive thru. Of course pushed help button twice. Finally employee appeared at window can I help you? I told her I needed to make deposit. She said okay put it in the box and send it, then abruptly turned and hurried away. I'd never used this service before, I had questions. I proceeded to push button several times. She reappeared I then said there's no deposit slip (I wasn't just gonna put money in a box). She said oh, then walked away. I sat there a few then pulled off and went inside. She was waiting on a customer and the only teller behind counter. I was only person in line. I saw bankers at their desks as I looked around. One in particular with no customer. There's no words to describe my frustration with the unprofessional, unacceptable behavior of BMO HARRIS BANK. THE ONE ON 83RD IS JUST AS BAD. IF I COULD'VE GAVE A 0 RATING I WOULD'VE.
