Best loan agency in Calumet City, Illinois (IL) 2024

This bank location used to be great and it meet my needs, now with the current staff that they have it is horrible. Every two weeks I will get a pack of $2 bills without a problem now they aways say we will order them but never do. And the bank tellers are rude. If you can't meet the customers needs and is rude please select another job. Signed a unhappy customer 😕 ~Shadonna

I have been with this bank for about 6 months. Comcast took a double payment out of my account and overdraft my account. It was all the money I had and they say it takes 30 days to get a refund. Now they have charged me 2?over draft fees and 6.50 everyday my account is negative. Needless to say I'm going in to close this account today! ~Topi
