Best cosmetics store in Calumet City, Illinois (IL) 2024

Not sure if they are under new management, but the last few times I have been in there, things have improved tremendously. I have also noticed new people. The old, rude, ghetto, and non-customer service oriented staff seems to be gone. I hope they continue with this trend. We'll update this review in a few months. Update: As promised, I updated my review to say the improvements I thought I saw the last few times didn’t last. Still Worse Walgreens Ever! Went in there today to pick up an order (mind you it was supposed to be a curbside pickup). The employee acted as if I was disturbing her for asking for my order. That’s it! Won’t be using this Walgreens ever again! ~T

This Macy's is good except for the sales associates in the Lancôme products section on the first floor. Two young ladies not interested in helping us pick out some items for my disabled Mom who was right there and asked for assistance. One said she was just a Lancôme vendor and walked away and the other claimed her register was broken and appeared to be taking a break right on the sales floor. ~J

Always clean and friendly. Went shopping for my wife for mother's day. The ladies were very helpful. ~BELVI
