I actually got measured! Definitely a much better shopping experience than buying them on those websites like Amazon. I actually know what I’m buying & I can feel the quality of the material. This Macy's is good except for the sales associates in the Lancôme products section on the first floor. Two young ladies not interested in helping us pick out some items for my disabled Mom who was right there and asked for assistance. One said she was just a Lancôme vendor and walked away and the other claimed her register was broken and appeared to be taking a break right on the sales floor. ~J
