10/10 recommend going here. Wanted to try to get a body wax for the first time and I was a little nervous. Santana was AMAZING. Patient, walked me through what she was going to do, and overall just a great conversationalist. I had SO MANY questions with it being my first time and she did not get frustrated or annoyed with me asking them. Would recommend going here for body waxing of any kind with Santana. Great service. 5 stars. Service: Body waxing

Good experience overall. Adorable decor, polite, prompt staff. They were the only ones out of several that actually answered the phone. My daughter and I had pedis and haircuts. Courtney did a good job, we gave her pictures but she didn't really ask questions on the lengths she was cutting so on my own hair, she cut it too long and had to recut, but ended up being shorter than I showed her. Didn't bother me too much but the communication about the cut could have been better. Not enough of an issue for it to really be a negative experience though and I will probably have her cut my hair again because I love my hair! I took away one star because the cleanliness could have been better. There was dust on everything which could have been due to construction going on outside. Chairs, floors and carts in between the stations needed a wipe down. The waiting room chairs were really uncomfortable. I waited for half and hour on those chairs for my daughter's hair to be finished. Those are short wait time chairs! Pedicures were nice and they have massage chairs but they were too close to the wall so when you lean back it sounds like you're damaging the wall. There was also a standing lamp in between the chairs which made it frustrating to talk to my daughter with it in the way. Didn't want to move it though because it was the only light for the technician. Honestly, I had several things that sound negative but like I said, this was a good overall experience. I will probably go back.

I felt at home during my visit in a calm, relaxing spotlessly clean space. I had a pedicure and hair cut which i am thrilled with both. I’m picky and usually go to an expensive hair salon in Manhattan! I will try the massage when they reopen.i have recommend this spa to friends and family everyone has been pleased. Thank you ,

The gals are AWESOME. They listen to what you want and give ideas when asked. You are in good hands. Rachel and Courtney have both worked on this head of hair and I give them 10 outta 5 stars

I got a 60 minute full body massage as a gift from my wife. I’ve never had a massage before and the masseuse made me feel very comfortable and told me exactly how everything would work. She was also very friendly and the room was very clean and smelled great! I will definitely be booking another appointment!

r&r’s salon and spa service have been amazing for all I’ve had done there, hair color, cut, massage and waxing. courtney and rachel are both amazing. due to my schedule changing I had to find a new salon. previously I went to the same stylist for 10+ years. the girls at r&r are talented and always make me feel comfortable! love it there! 💗

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to get my roots done which was a touch up of blonde. Next thing I know my hair is dark red. I told her to fix it and next thing I know my hair was falling off. They don’t know what they’re doing and my senior year my hair was falling out. I would really be careful with these people, especially you blondes!

Decided to treat my mom and daughter to a mani pedi. 2 staff were there to do the 3 of us which would have had us not near each other (We booked the appt weeks in advance. ) The whole experience seemed cheap and not the 120.00 experience I paid for. Our feet are still rough and polish didn't even cover all of our nails. I was warned before we went but my husband was treating and had prepaid on a gift card. We were clearly unhappy with the experience.
