On my way home today, 4-12-22, the nail my tire had in it fell out and started deflating. I thought I could make it home but right when I got to the light at this gastation, I was at 6 and going losing air fast. I tried the air machine they had but it wasn't working. I went inside to get change and sought out the manager, Rafael. I asked him if that machine was working or if it was me, and he gladly helped me. Since the machine was not working for me because I was completely flat, he told me to move the car so he could use a different air machine. So I moved my car and unfortunately the wheel was off the rim...I wanted to cry, but he offered to put the replacement tire on. There are still good people on there because he could've just left me and my deflated tire, but he didn't. You at Delta Sonic have an amazing manager. Rafael definitely is one of a kind. I am extremely happy and grateful he helped me. Oh and a plus, this gas station is always nice and clean.

They smeared the dirt with a damp cloth, which, after drying, began to look even worse. I had to meet guests and wanted to prepare in advance, but unfortunately they did not live up to my expectations, I had to spend an hour of my time washing my car myself. Worst car wash ever!!! Unsubscribing from membership!

When I returned I asked to speak to that employee and I guess he happen to take a lunch, so I decided to speak to a manager. While explaining what has just transpired I could tell the on duty manager really didn’t care. He literally didn’t try to make anything better and on top of it the whole point of the upgraded car wash was to get tire shine on my tires which wasent added but I was charged for. I have a membership with delta sonic and I usually go to the one in Naperville or Orland park to name a few. Today I was passing by and saw this one so I figured I’ll wash my car even though it’s a rainy day but I need to vacuum the car. This location DOSENT HAVE A VACUUM available for customers. No big deal. Saw an employee using a vacuum so I asked if I can use it for a bit. The employee was nice to allow me to use it for a bit. 30 seconds later someone claiming he’s a manager yells at me saying “you can’t do that”. I explained to him that someone allowed me to use it But he still kept ok yelling and yelling again. I don’t know if he has a language barrier or he’s simply just dumb. He told me next time ask a manager not an employee and walked away! Never coming back here again I’ll tell you this and im considering cancelling my membership! SUPER RUDE!!!! I have never been treated like that ever! Then whoever responds to these messages is even worse claiming liability!!! How come the rest don't have an issue with liability. The issue wasn't using the vacuum. The issue is poor service. Who knows what they do behind scenes maybe they're poorly treating cars and scratching them! enough is enough! its easy to say sorry but this place doesn't even know how!

My wife and I are (were) unlimited members here. While trying to get through traffic control gate, thing comes crashing down in the middle of my driver door causing major dents. I get a form letter back from "customer service' saying that the manager determined that I ran into their gate. I cannot figure out how that could be when my car was stopped and the thing hits the middle of my door. If this wasn't so sad it would be laughable. Guess who will not be paying them $50 a month for unlimited passes going forward.

After my first delta sonic experience though, I am a HUGE fan for life. The staff took great care of my vehicle even though I came in late. Sadly, this wasn't an option, so I asked them just to do the best they could in the available time... I was not disappointed at all. Yes, the unlimited package is worth it. The detailing is fantastic! Don't be cheap like some folks posting reviews. Tip the kids somewhere between 5 and 20 bucks and you'll not regret it. Well done Delta Sonic.

My dad has been a fan of delta sonic most of my life, I was a bit dubious before I went here seeing the mix of reviews but due to a nessecity, I needed to get my vehicle detailed and it seems a good option... After my first delta sonic experience though, I am a HUGE fan for life. The staff took great care of my vehicle even though I came in late. My car was in rough shape and these Rockstars return an almost unrecognizable beauty of a machine back to me. The attendants warned me it might not be perfect and that I might want to consider making an appointment to they could dig a little deeper. I'm changing out my review because I've been going to other car washes automatic car washes and such and I've been doing a little bit of research and I find that Delta Sonic is probably the best car wash you can go to that's an automatic car wash for your money the other car washes have spinning brushes or we're Delta Sonic doesn't have spinning they have soft cloths that brush or clean your car in the direction that the wind blows which is very very good to keep scratches and swirls off of your paint. I love the smell that the carwash gives your car after you're done it almost smells kind of addictive anyway in my personal opinion this is the best car wash. They offer a wide variety of services you can't beat it
