Jewels is a good neighborhood store. Customer service in pharmacy should do better when giving customers information about their medications. The whole store don't have to know your business. They could do alot better with their attitude and it don't hurt to smile.

When I went to get food at the deli, I was served chicken and potatoe wedges. This normal right? Except for the fact the there was literally not even a bite of chicken on the bones. It was so dry you can't even eat it. The potatoe wedges were so old and dry to, there was no potatoes. Everything was very dry. You guys should hire new people because it has never been this bad before. why should I pay money for food I can't even eat. Does that make sense?

Discriminating!! NEVER COMING HERE again! I have been coming here since I moved to the area, today I forgot my ID and scattered to find a copy. The manager refused to sell me the beer which was an anniversary gift for my hubby. Was super rude about it, I felt discriminated because she didn't check ID for the people in front of me buying liquor that were white. If she was so concerned about ID she should ID everyone. So disappointed.

Nice Jewel Osco's! Very large one, has more to offer than some of the nearby ones like in Joliet. The only issue with my visit was the Deli had a very long line, and was taking far too long. Plus there was no prepackaged meats from the deli either. I Ended up abandoning the line.

They are particularly bad at matching prices on the shelf to prices when checking out. They cannot find some items when you do pick up, And they don't tell you that they didn't find some of your items. And the items they don't find seem to be the ones with the best deals or coupons. Very suspicious. They don't let you approve or disapprove your substitutions. If you use EBT to pay for food they ask you to take the card and what your PIN number is which is quite literally the first thing they tell you to never do when you get the card.

Being a smaller grocery store it's not overwhelming to navigate. It's always easy to find what I need. Excellent prices. Incredible staff.

You feel good when you shop here. Store is clean as it should be. The main difference for me is the human cashiers and baggers at the front end. They are so pleasant to talk to when ringing out and employees are always helpful even when it's not required. Keep up the great work!

Sadly I like to run in, get what I need and run out. Didn't quite happen today. Only 3 registers open with 4 or five people in each. Went to self check out, that sucked too. Fortunately for me I don't go to Jewel very often.i must say that the woman who helped with the "over 21" purchase was very nice .
