Macy,sam, and brian were phenomenal!! I was there a few weeks ago for brakes,rotors, and a seized caliper. Not only were they able to explain clearly and in laymans terms what was wrong with my car they even showed me what was wrong. I felt like they listened to my concerns without brushing me off and they really quelled my anxieties. Service was quick and best customer service ive ever had at a mechanic. So thankful they helped me and I was provided top notch service!!!!!

Hands down, the best place to go for all your car needs!! We have brought all our vehicles here for four years!! Chris has been our go to guy and he has always been honest with everything!! We’ve gotten all our tires done here and are very pleased always!! You will not be disappointed in their services here!! Recently he got tar out of my tire from the recent raring on fort drum!!

Top notch service every time I bring any of my vehicles in for work. I'm pretty sure I even saw the store manager installing tires once. Great service, would highly recommend. Plus free k-cups in the lobby!

They ordered a new rim for me and managed to squeeze me in their busy schedule when that rim came, to replace my old one. Thank you so much! The guys there are so nice and really look out for you. Even warned me about my spare to keep an eye and even acknowledged my tire light was on and wanted to make sure I knew. I can't thank them enough.

I went there for a tire fix, I was told to just walk-in and it'll be taken care of. Didn't know that it was free too which is pretty nice of them

So I bring in a company vehicle to get the tires balanced because there is a slight vibration. They end up telling me I need all 4 tires to be replaced. Then Jeff tells me that the windshield wipers need to be replaced because they are streaking. That’s hilarious because the windshield was replaced yesterday, and new wipers were installed with it. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN for that fact alone, but it gets better... They then tell me that the tires need to be ordered in and it will be ready the following morning. The following morning came and went, so I called in and told them I need to get an updated ETA. I was then told by Chris that it would be done before noon. Frustrating, but whatever... Noon comes and goes; no call. I call back and Chris tells me that they haven’t even touched it because it is a big vehicle and they only have 1 bay that it will fit in. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?! They have floor jacks, and could change the tires outside if they wanted to. They told me a time that it would be ready, then kept pushing the timeline. Do not trust your vehicle with these people. Go somewhere else! At the end of all of this, Chris took it upon himself to write down the card #, expiration date, and CVV. He manually typed everything into the card reader, THEN HAD THE GALL TO SIGN FOR THE TRANSACTION!
