The employees were being very rude about me asking a couple questions they didn't have five games I asked for for the 360 they said that I am Sol because I got at the end of the deal and now they have a 360 nobody has any games for him anymore and they aren't planning on buying any then he says oh well you guys can use your $5 off a gift card three times a 8 months but that does no good if they don't have any video games would not recommend this for anyone to go there if I was you I would go to Watertown the employees are just as bad but at least you get more variety of games and other products and they're a little bit cheaper than the one by fort drum just saying wouldn't recommend that for anybody not going back there myself s spent plenty of money there not going to anymore.

I shop here quite frequently. Unlike the GameStop in Fort Drum that has an AWFUL woman working there. My experience shopping here has been wonderful. I don't know about the negative experiences that people have had with this place but my interactions with the staff here have been very nice! The staff I met were very knowledgeable and were very eager to help me and give a good experience. I also ran into one of the staff members at convention near by and he remembered me. Very nice staff, nice looking store, good selection, I have no real complaints here:)

Pre-ordered FF7 virus hits closing all stores. Got an email from gamestop corporation saying I could reorder my game online and that my deposit would be reimbursed. Needless to say you could not pre-order online again due to being sold out and still have yet to hear about anything to do with my downpayment from when I paid at the store.

One of the better Gamestops id shop at when i was on active duty stationed at Fort Drum. helpful staff i would talk about games for 20 plus minutes with the staff when i would stop in.They are honest game geeks here as of 2018 when i was there. Rochelle was my favorite. beautiful and geeky at the same time. too bad she was married.

I'm horrified about how i was treated (Date of store visit: 3/12/17 @ 5:50pm) I am a customer of this location for 8 years! I walked to to ask a few questions about selling my Nintendo Wii console, was spoken too in a totally unprofessional manor when i was speculating the price of the trade. The associate was RUDE, SARCASTIC, and above all very DISRESPECTFUL!! The associate informed me that GAMESTOP is a business and he doesn't set the prices (spoken in a tone as if i were stupid) i asked to speak with the manager onsite. Associate (stuck his nose in the air) and informed me told me he was the manager. Very heartbroken to see my favorite gamestop store being managed by such a disrespectful person, hopefully this person faces corrective action soon or they will have no customers left.

I went there to browse and I had to ask the cashier some questions about the Xbox 1 and its accessories. He answered grudgingly and when I asked to purchase a Kinect for my Xbox 1 he sold me a used one with no adapter for it, knowing I have a newer one that reqires it. Will not go there again when the location in Watertown is so much better.

I absolutely love everyone I there they're all sweet and helpful very quick to greet you and help with anything you may need they go above and beyond for their customers they make you feel like you're welcomed there way better then watertown anyday
