It’s a small store but they have a little bit of everything. Staff is really friendly and helpful

The entire staff is rude! Went to get my preordered game yesterday and asked questions about another game. The fat guy decided to hold another conversation with someone else and totally ignore my question.

Fat lady and another lady with horrible attitudes. Ew if you don’t like your job you should get a new one. The one in Evans Mills will be getting my business since they have better customer service.

I've never shopped at a Game Stop, nor Black Friday, but my son REALLY wants a Nintendo Switch for Hanukkah, that is all he keeps talking about. So I researched deals and Game Stop had the best deal on Black Friday; basically you get the Mario brothers game in the kit, AND a 50 dollar gift card, for the same price as if you JUST got the game console. That is a $110 dollar savings. So I had to get it today, and could not find a babysitter, ended up taking my son with me with the hopes of somehow distracting him, and bribing him with a 'rubix cube' since its -4 degrees today and he didn't want to get out of bed. ANYWAY, the guys at the Fort Drum game stop were AMAZING. Steve distracted Jude with a fart pillow (which he now also wants) and other games while I was checking out, and Tim the team leader snuck the game in my large black bag under the counter while we were checking out so my son would not see. What great service! I will purchase all my future video game items from this store from now on. Thanks guys!

The guys that work in this store are always awesome to deal with, and have a great attitude. The blonde, heavyset lady that works there just goes out of her way to be hateful to everyone she encounters.

Love this place, in here a few times a week. They carry all kinds of games for different systems, mtg and like cards, collectors items, some shirts and more. The staff is amazing.

They are usually cool people and helpful, specially the manager guy (Tim) although the blonde lady and the guy named Terrence not sure if Terrence is new but today I went there to pre order a game, and they didn't seem to know what game it was, not only that but he was being uninterested and very rude to me. I felt like he was treating me like if I was born yesterday, I said I was gonna pay with my credit card to which he replied, "ok well guess what? there's this new form of modern technology, called the card reader, and that you should use it." I hate rude sarcasm, and I don't really feel like coming back after that. I didn't say anything cause I'm a nice person and no one should be treated this way.

Blond lady is rude and disrespectful. Called my husband stupid to his face because he decided he didn't want to buy a game after playing the beta. You are not there for your opinion... you are there to help customers with what they want...not insult them. We would rather drive into the Watertown GameStop than be subjected to terrible customer service again. Im not sure why this establishment would want an employee like that.

They usually have a person or two who are well versed in games and are generally upbeat and help the atmosphere but then they have people like Debbie who are just rude and generally uninterested in where they work or creating an environment that people would enjoy.... only bright sides to this place are convinced being close, the manager guy is pretty cool and helpful, and the cute girl that works there 😊
