They constantly interrupt you without stopping to listen to your questions. The drive thru is horribly slow and the customer service is lacking most of the time.

Meijer is one of my favorite stores to get groceries, clothes, etc... but I just spent 40 mins in the pharmacy drive through (almost 10 at the window) and still left without the prescription I was there for. Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time. The pharmacy staff are pleasant but it seems like they are always understaffed. I’ll be changing our pharmacy back to Walgreens.

I've been going there for ages and don't understand the hate on some of the other reviews. They can be a little slow to come to the window if they're busy filling something or helping someone else, but they know my name and everything.

The slowest pharmacy on the planet!!!. Minimum wait time of 15 minutes even if you are next in line. Please don’t waste your time in line, as the service here is AWFUL!!!

One star because it’s required. Meijer itself is wonderful and this pharmacy would be so convenient if the staff were remotely helpful. They do not know where to locate anything I have ever asked about, do not answer questions, and it’s SLOW! The drive through is awful. Save your time and go through Walgreens or CVS.

I have had no problems with this pharmacy. Their antibiotics are FREE. If they are out of something, they get it in the next day. If they made up a 90 day supply and I only want a 30 day supply, they gladly change it for me. People need to be patient with any pharmacy they deal with. I just wish they were a national chain, so if I travel, I can have access.

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I was next in line to pick up my prescription, and when the person in front of me finished and I walked up to the counter, every pharmacist walked away. Some just stood on the other side of the glass, watching me stand at the pick up counter. They clearly don't give a damn about their jobs or the customers.

Meijer pharmacy in Normal Illinois is the BEST pharmacy I have ever been associated with in my life. They are so friendly. They always have my medication. And, if they don't they have it the next day. There are other pharmacies (CVS) for one, who are so rude and constantly are out of my medications. And, CVS takes 8 days to get them in. What a joke!!! If it weren't for my insurance who forces me to CVS for all 90 prescriptions, I would never go anywhere but Meijer!!! Thank God I am allowed to get 30 day prescriptions at Meijer!!!
