It's been my go-to Best Buy location for many years, but recently the experience has only been getting worse. While the employees have always been generally nice and chill it's hard to get them to help you while in the past it used to be the complete opposite. The main issue that I've been coming across lately is products being shown as "in stock" at this location, but are nowhere to be found on store shelves. The PC/Gaming peripheral section in particular is very messy and disorganized. I don't feel like this location goes above and beyond for their customers like they used to, and I will probably be going to other Best Buy locations from now on whenever possible.

These folks are super helpful. The curbside pickup is fast, just hit the "I'm here" notification like a minute before you pull up. The entryway has a greeter, which I didn't initially love. But a simple "can you point me to [product] section?" makes a surprisingly big difference. And I have to commend this location's staff. Everyone is super helpful, very kind, and extremely knowledgeable. It's clear that these folks are both well-trained and personally passionate about tech. Special shout-out to Ricki for (somehow) handling three simultaneous customers without neglecting any of them.

Staff members were superb. Be careful if you're entering from the parking lot. A door opens out onto the sidewalk. An employee exiting almost hit me with the door because there's no bell or light to alert someone that the door is opening... He was very concerned when he saw there'd been a near miss.

Went in to take my computer into Geek Squad. The techs there are great. They keep you informed of what tests they are doing while you're waiting. Thank you all for all your hard work.

Went in for online order pickup. A monitor to be exact. Was told it wasn’t ready and can’t be picked for me. Didn’t like the process of this it all. Long story short, I had to pay for the same item twice. And the person helping was being rude and seemed like she didn’t even know how to use the system. Name is Priscilla, stay far away from her. Lacks training and claimed to be a manager. Stay away from this location.

This went from one of my favorite Best Buy locations to my least favorite. The worst thing you can do to a customer when they’re entering a business is bombard them as soon as you walk in. They have this ridiculously stupid process in the entryway where you are forced to walk up to an employee while entering the building (no other Best Buy is doing this). The way you walk in has barriers setup to force you to walk up to this greeter station where they hound you on why you came in. The shelves are constantly empty, I get supply chain is challenging, but on Tuesday release day they have to go in the back room for items that should already be stocked. I recently purchased a new iPhone online and when I picked it up at the store location no one wanted to help me set it up.

I don't throw out five stars all that easy but this location earned my love and respect. I bought a gopro online and it was an open box model. When I got there a sale had started making the open box only like 20 under brand new. And the open box unit ended up being pretty sub par. The employees did all they could and then brought the manager in. They were all extremely kind however the manager went above and beyond to help me out and get things solved. It took some real time to get it done but he did. Service with a smile and good vibes all around. Plus I got some killer deals and some geek squad protection. Now their aftermarket warranty isn't what it used to be but they still are well worth it. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. Now not all best buys are this best buy so unless this is the location your going to take the review with a grain of salt. But if your in the area this is the one to go to. 💜💜

I had an awesome experience here! I took my computer in to get unlocked. I scheduled the appointment on line (how convenient)! I was greeted at the door and directed to the service area. My computer was ready the next day. I set with a team member who placed the apps I wanted on my desktop for convenience. :-) Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding customer service. Even though this location is far from me, going forward I am only patronizing this location! BTW the African-American female who set with me was so personable. I was happy to see the diversity of your team and also a female Techie...She was a Rock Star!!

Awesome knowledge by the gentleman who helped me. I did not catch his name but was extremely helpful and was called to help me choose a PC. He definitely did not disappoint. He was average height Caucasian gentleman and wore glasses. Very informative.

I had more stars prior to this last experience with this Best Buy, I had my remote start installed at the Best Buy at Touhy but the appointment to do a troubleshoot was sooner at this location. I was suppose to do it on Sunday 20 at 10am but someone called me the Wednesday prior to ask me a few questions but basically the guy told me to go to the other Best Buy and they would not help. It basically was not their problem so he cancelled the appointment. I made the appointment to the other Best Buy and Andre was able to fix it right away, So in other words, I'll keep going to the Best Buy at Touhy Ave and talk to Andre the installer if I need anything else installed in any of my vehicles, Or simply purchase everything at the other best buy.
