I don't throw out five stars all that easy but this location earned my love and respect. I bought a gopro online and it was an open box model. When I got there a sale had started making the open box only like 20 under brand new. And the open box unit ended up being pretty sub par. The employees did all they could and then brought the manager in. They were all extremely kind however the manager went above and beyond to help me out and get things solved. It took some real time to get it done but he did. Service with a smile and good vibes all around. Plus I got some killer deals and some geek squad protection. Now their aftermarket warranty isn't what it used to be but they still are well worth it. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. Now not all best buys are this best buy so unless this is the location your going to take the review with a grain of salt. But if your in the area this is the one to go to. 💜💜 ~Mark

Visited the store to inquire on promos. We were warmly greeted and helped by Bryan. Bryan was Amazing!!! He did a fantastic job explaining our options, treated us with respect and engaged my family in his presentation which was awesome. He made us feel comfortable and took his time to explain everything. Even though it was late we did not feel rushed. As a result we switched over to AT&T because of his service. Thanks Bryan!
