Really, really, good noodles, homemade taste just like my mothers use to taste. If you dont have time to fix your own noodles then keep a big bag of Oaklands noodles in your cabinet, I do, that way whether it's just me wanting a bowl of noodles to go with dinner or I have an unexpected houseful of visitors that show up at lunchtime unannounced then I am ready.
