Check oil light came on in my wife's 2012 Kia a few miles west of Oakland. I pulled into Casey's to check oil and fill as needed. It was way down, so I knew I'd developed a leak somewhere. These guys were right next door, so I asked if they could take a look. They immediately said Sure! Right off the bat Bill was suspecting the oil sending unit, but it can't be seen on these engines. We found dripping oil, but no source. We talked to the Kia dealer and he said it was almost always the sending unit. That part isn't under warranty, so it was going to cost at least $800 to do the job, and he couldn't even look at it until Monday (this was on a Friday). Bill said he could do the job, but not until Monday. He shot me a price that was less than half what the dealer was going to charge. I said Done! He called me on Monday a little after noon and said it was ready. I asked him to change the oil too, since it had run low before I could add. All in, the bill was still less than half what the dealer wanted for the sending unit alone. Great work, great people, great price. Services: Engine repair, Oil change

If you ever want to feel as if YOU are an inconvenience as a customer then go here. I needed a repair done and asked if it could be done that day “nope” there wasn’t even a “let’s look at the schedule and see when we can get you in” just a “nope”, awkward silence, and then I left. One time I needed a tow and the entire interaction was cold and again felt like an inconvenience. I’m thrilled a new shop is in town! *these are my personal interactions and may not reflect the service you would receive. Thusly they are to be taken into consideration of a multi factorial possible experience*
