DISGUSTING KITCHEN!! They have flies and gnats literally everywhere. Employees don't follow health and safety protocols at all, they use expired products for their "fresh food", dishes are reused repeatedly and not washed. To top it all off, their kitchen employees including management DO NOT have a SIMPLE FOOD HANDLERS LICENSE. Basically, this place is great if you're interested in purchasing an overpriced food related illness. Save yourselves please

I ordered online tonight for delivery. It kept showing new drivers with estimated time of delivery and then would just disappear. This problem is on Door Dash since they deliver for this store. However, I didn't get a phone call from Casey's and I tried to call with no answer. Now I have no pizza or breadsticks and I have to go to the store tomorrow to get a refund for product never delivered. Horrible service on both parts.

Listen, I get it, Casey’s is a gas station. People would say gas station pizza is nasty but this isn’t any ole gas station pizza. It’s made to order and cooked in a pizza oven. I was skeptical but totally impressed! I would eat this pizza over any big chain pizza. Only gave four stars because as a former gas station employee...the place wasn’t the cleanest. But the staff was helpful and friendly and shelves were fully stocked!

For a gas station, this place is pretty good. Employees are nice and well trained. Gas prices are usually some of the best in town. Pizza is awesome. Jeff is a great manager. They better keep him around.

We ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and ended up only getting half the order of wings. So i called them to let them know and the cook said he did forget to make the second order but there was nothing he could do. So I asked to speak with a manager he said there wasn't one there. He was very rude about it so I called the next day to speak with the manager to tell them about my exsperience with there employee. The manager apoligized and took my number and said she was going to talk to him and call me back but she never did. So I will never use this store again i will just use another one.

I ordered a pizza and came 5-10 after it was supposed to have been made but it hadn’t been started yet. So I figured they were just busy and was going to wait for it. While waiting, I watched the tall man slowly wipe his face with his hand then dip the same hand into a container of lettuce and out on someone’s pizza. He then repeated the same process of brow to tortilla chips to pizza. I hope whomever gets that pizza doesn’t discover how much of that man is in their pizza. I will never again order from Casey’s.

Placed an order for two large pizzas, 1 pep 1 sausage and an order of 20 wings. The cook was on break so I returned about 40 minutes later. Only to have 1 pizza with both toppings an no wings. The cook was on another break smoking this time and wouldn't come in for the cashier. I was going to purchase just the 1 pizza because it was 7 at night and I needed to get home after a long day of working and had kids to feed, but no discount was even offered for the pizza they messed up on. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning for my usual gas and morning coffee to your location anymore.

I ordered for delivery and it took an hour after their delivery time to show up. At 30 minutes late, I called to question the delivery status. They said there was a mix up, but my pizza had just gone out. Another 30 minutes I called again because my “just out for delivery” pizza was still late. When it arrived it was luke warm. I understand that delivery is not their specialty, but don’t offer a service if it cannot be done timely. I am completely disastisified and will not be placing an order again.

Editing from original posting below... We have ordered twice since original post. These last two pizzas were yuck, the cheese isn't acting cheesy but its chewy now. Like they've changed their cheese to something else, idk what. Very disappointed, it was initially the best pizza, but now its not even close. One more chance, that's all they get. Oh, and this last time we wanted some donuts but there were flies in the case, yucky. Ordered a supreme, and totally changed the toppings while ordering it online. Picked it up, the clerk confirmed all the changes at p/u and it was PERFECT!!! The pizza was fantastic. We prefer Casey's by far over Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. It has the perfect amount of toppings. If you rip off ten carton tags and hang onto them you can get a free pizza. They have a summer giveaway promotion going on too.
