I shop at this Kroger a lot, usually, I am satisfied. I even switched my prescriptions from Walmart after I tired of their employees unprofessionalism. I hope my experience today is not indicative of future service. I called at 7pm to check on a script from urgent care. Whoever answered the phone said it had not been sent. Sick though I am, I called the after hours nurse who confirmed that the prescription had been sent electronically. I called Kroger back and unfortunately, got the same employee. She said she would check, put me on hold, and hung up. By this time, I was in my car on my way to Kroger, so I didnt bother calling again. When I got to Kroger, I was told that my script was there and that I probably spoke to a general customer service employee, not a pharmacy employee. They could not tell me who it was, which is ridiculous, they don't have that many employees that they cant identify who is answering the phone. I think it is clear they didnt want calls an hour before closing, however lying and hanging up on customers is unacceptable.
