Great place for second hand furniture appliances tools even odd kitchen and bath cabinets. Other housewares too. If you are looking for clothes stick to Salvation Army. Goodwill or others.

Hard to find good items now more people are visiting the store and purchasing items and all of the customer service people are not friendly, when I ask a question it's always I don't know somebody else might know

High prices and disappointing inventory. Skip this place until management makes an operational change.

This place is great for secondhand furniture, housewares and tools. The prices on the furniture can vary depending on lots of factors, but if you visit often and know what you are looking for, you can usually get a great deal. Staff is super friendly and helpful (just be patient as many people working there are actually volunteers; there are limited paid staff members)

Absolutely ridiculous. After calling all the numbers and extensions I could find (only two numbers had options to leave a voicemail), and filling out the form online AND emailing them, they rejected ALL the furniture I had. Claiming that none of my items are eligible for pick up- considering I read their eligibility email multiple time and made sure to take out any furniture that did not fit their requirements. Disgraceful. Total waste of time and energy.

The prices were shocking. $55 for a chipped small glass lamp. $200 for 6 cube shelf/bookcase. $75-100 for a single 20 year old dining chair. It would not cost this much if I bought these pieces new. They did have some cool glassware. I don’t think I’ll be going back though.

Very High Prices. To my wallet, this is more of a retail used furniture/fixture store than a thrift shop. The majority of disappointing reviews (over the years) complain about high prices. Those complaints remain accurate as of July 2022. A heavily used dresser of mediocre wood has a $350 price tag. A basic office chair that has what I'd be concerned as being a pee stain on the seat is $75. Someone must be paying these prices, otherwise the place couldn't stay in business. I'm just not going to be one of those buyers.

The people there are so helpful and considerate. I had trouble scheduling a time to pick up my furniture but they helped me out because it was only a few items. Shout out to the manager. Great items for amazing prices. You have to have a good eye and be okay with a few scratches here and there but it feels good repurposing quality furniture.

Always helpful and great selection. Jonathan helped me realize my mcm living room vision. Could not be happier. Sometimes you complete the puzzle when you’re not even looking … thank you Jonathan for your compassion, and professionalism

OK here’s the deal… Staff is friendly, the variety and cleanliness are top shelf. Here’s the downside the prices are ASTRONOMICAL! (The light fixtures and brass hardware are actually reasonably priced). I feel like you could go to TJ Maxx and get the same deals on new items. They do have a stack of free items you can take, which is nice. So I suppose I’m not as stoked about this location as the other Habitat Restores I’ve been to.
