I walked in 20 minutes before they closed. I just needed a trim. There was time. There was a stylist available, but another woman there said it was too late, talking to me like I was dumb. Nobody here has ever been rude to me like that before, and she didn’t give the other stylist a chance to speak for herself about cutting my hair and making some money. I won’t even try going here again. I have been a regular customer at this location for at least 8 years.

Went for a cut and had a sign that said cash only, no problem, ran over to get some cash. Came back and was turned away because they weee not closed yet, but closed in 25 minutes and I missed the cutoff by a few minutes. She did not have a client and was sweeping. Would have made it if I didn’t have to go get cash, and the issue was the person could care less and was less than emphatic. Seemed very annoyed I even opened the door.

Not sure the young girls name, she had blonde hair and eyelash extensions, but she was not personable whatsoever. In fact came off really snobby. Questioned me when I made a comment about my child’s cut, and you could tell she just didn’t want to be there and didn’t care. We go there frequently and we will never use her again. Service: Haircut

Today I went for a haircut, the stylist was rushing over my head, I didn’t get too much haircut, she was tough with me, when I went for a checkout, I told her “I didn’t get my haircut as I would like it “ she told me “I don’t care”, I felt like she was mad at me, from the beginning, I gave her 2$ tips, she told me “I don’t need them”, so she canceled the transaction, and I did it again without tips !!! I have never seen this behavior before, I was a little chocked.

I checked in online and reached there before time and followed the ETA that I got from their system. Despite being there at the right time i ended up waiting at the shop for 40 minutes only to eventually leave in frustration and not getting the haircut. I am frustrated because of the total time i wasted in registering online, going and waiting there following their instructions exactly only to realize that I’m just wasting my time. I understand that shops can get busy but I hope the time they ask you to be there is accurate so customers can plan their evening/day correctly.

I'm not much of a sports fan, bit I love this place. It always has a fun atmosphere, high energy and the staff joke and laugh with each other, so genuinely seem to like working together. The stylists are all wonderful, particularly Amanda and Collinda, who are my go to ladies. They both have superb skills and can make even my mug look good. The price is reasonable for the service, I highly recommend the VIP, but just a basic cut and style is available. They also have a good selection of quality hair care products to suit just about any need.
