I would not recommend this facility for any storage needs. Outdated contracts, no on site support. My unit had the lock cut off and my belongings stolen from my unit, whoever did it put a new lock back on after. I had to wait for maintenance to come out and cut the lock off so I could see what was left in my unit. After talking to the owner she said she would refund my payment for that month since I only used it for one day and would be moving my belongings from the unit since I no longer trusted the site. She also said they had security footage that they would review. I continue to reach out but no one will respond. I haven’t received a refund or any information regarding the security footage. The last day I used the unit while moving my items out the gate was open every time we came out, so this makes me question the overall security of the facility as well. After talking with the police department they informed me that there have been several incidents at this specific location and often times while on patrol they have noticed the gate left open. The owner also confirmed a break in of another until during the same time I was using the facility.
