Picked up unit I won at auction. Staff was super polite and accommodating. If I rented a unit, I would definitely rent here. Clean faculty, very polite staff, reasonable prices.

The place can't really be rated. The safety of your items is not there. Conditions in units are buggy, dirty and not good. The management team is unprofessional and mouthy. I do not recommend storing your fine valuables here!!!!!!

watch out for your vehicles in this storage, I was told by the staff this lot is safe and don’t have to worry about anything and I came to pick up my work truck with 2 catalytic converters missing. $2,500 plus tax down the drain, owner doesn’t want to take any responsibility!!!

I gave this facility 2 stars for the actual site for cleanliness and being indoors. As for customer service 3 empty, hollow stars. I have been having some major health issues that God is seeing me through. The problem with this facillity is the staff, they are unempathetic, rude and condescending. I decided to get insurance for my site for half what I pay at the facility. My rent is due on the 30th with a grace period of 5 days. I called on the 31st and told them of my change in insurance spoke to Jocelyn she said she would send me some forms via email which she never did. I kept checking my email nothing. You can call the facility and it seems to be always closed no answers. I called on a Monday spoke to Jocely and she said she had sent it very rudely. I then spoke to Nancy and I recieved it in minutes at this point I decided to go in person with the signed documents. I have been in customer service all my life. I owned a business as well and I treated my clients with respect and integrity. You want them to come back and referrals is big for growth. Jocelyn never sent the email causing me to be slapped with a 20% late fee... she smirked and was extremely rude making a comment that she had - had problems with me before. 1) I left the lock on my site accidentally open. Which I was very grateful for and promptly remedied and another time I was upset because they raised my rent without sending me an email they were going to. I contacted their district manager who was very nice he said he would look into hopefully he did. We the customer pay their salaries and the upkeep of their facilities plus the profits to their shareholders or owners without us there is no business. If you do not like working with the customer do not be in customer service. It is a shame when you feel badly about a place you frequent. I have one more surgery after that I will be removing my items from there. Unfortunately I feel now like my items are being held as hostage. I have been there 7 years. Never a friendly face... it's okay as long as you do not go in person. Two people working and it's always closed. Maybe all these great reviews are from a quick phone conversation. They are good on the phone not in person then not even that for the email was never sent. I asked for proof none could be given. So store your items there just do not be present with the staff.

horrible storage spot with rude employees(Nancy) and the place is always dirty, so weird to see so many positive reviews regarding staff , i’m a very friendly and polite guy always courteous when talking to Nancy and she always has the worst attitude with me , if you want a cheap storage spot with friendly staff and super clean environment head to extra space storage in chicago ride 100x times better then this dump, this place smells like urine when pass certain areas I almost slipped multiples times because no one ever cleans the hallways. but ultimately I left because nancy is just the rudest and was tired of being disrespected on multiple occasions .

for some reason it seems that Nancy has a personal vendetta against me she’s always being rude to me , accused me of smoking weed in my car, will always blame me for breaking the rules when I take pictures of people breaking the rules every single day, now there’s kicking me out of the facility which is fine but i have a array of pictures and videos that will be sent up to supervisory management . whenever I park in these areas i was asked to move and one time i was asked when there was no space to even park , yet whenever i come into the facility there’s cars in my way Nancy never asks them to move. in my opinion quite weird and seems racially motivated considering some other customers reviews of arabic decent. I was told I couldn’t be on the past last 11, yet the day I was there till around 12 that led to my lease being ended by Nancy, 4 other cars left before me between 1130- 12, and they are cars and people I still see so I know that she’s picking and choosing who she wants to stay at the facility .
