Came to this shop after having transmission issues and really was just shopping around. Talking to the owner I quickly realized this is where my car will be repaired. The price was right and the initial customer service was great. So I made an appointment to bring the car back for a rebuilt transmission. Dropped the car off for about a week and then picked it up. Everything was done and the price was the price. I have had my Honda Odyssey green machine now for about a week and everything is perfect. I even went on a holiday road trip, this trans is smooth. Horrible every time!! This has happened more than once. It takes 2-3 hours for my order. First time it never came at all and I had to go pick it up after 3 hours. Second time I placed the order at 5:20 it’s said 25-35 min delivery and finally at 7:40 my order is delivered by DOORDASH and it’s of course burnt, cold, hard and old because it was ordered hours ago! Daiquan Is very nice and has great customer service but this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! ~Aliyah

I got a haircut at this place 2 days ago. They have a lot of hair products, and they give haircuts for men and women. I like my haircut and the guy was fast. I would suggest you to get a haircut at this place. ~3b0p

Very good store. Prices are higher than the other local shops but the products are better in quality and display. Usually its fully stocked and they offer good deals. ~Paul

Delicious food! French fries were some of the best I’ve ever had! Friendly service and comfortable environment. No paper towel dispenser in bathroom so only auto dryer which means you must touch the door handle on the way out... that’s my only complaint! Will definitely be back! ~Cody

for some reason it seems that Nancy has a personal vendetta against me she’s always being rude to me , accused me of smoking weed in my car, will always blame me for breaking the rules when I take pictures of people breaking the rules every single day, now there’s kicking me out of the facility which is fine but i have a array of pictures and videos that will be sent up to supervisory management . whenever I park in these areas i was asked to move and one time i was asked when there was no space to even park , yet whenever i come into the facility there’s cars in my way Nancy never asks them to move. in my opinion quite weird and seems racially motivated considering some other customers reviews of arabic decent. I was told I couldn’t be on the past last 11, yet the day I was there till around 12 that led to my lease being ended by Nancy, 4 other cars left before me between 1130- 12, and they are cars and people I still see so I know that she’s picking and choosing who she wants to stay at the facility . ~Omar

they completely forgot my order and embarrassed me in front of my company imagine ordering food for 30 and not being able to feed them. when i went to pick up the order that i had to call ahead for, they told me my order wasnt even placed. when i proved it was they offered me the dish they have ready at any given moment. if thats what i had wanted i would have asked for it instead of what i ordered. now i have to figure out catering for 30 last minute. last time i deal with these people ~pknubalday

Be aware of theses these two individuals they ring their friends up and refused to ring my two items they were extremely rude and offensive . I then tried to seek remedy with the Manager and they would not. listen and would Not let me speak and talk over me the Manager went as far as hanging up on me twice I have never treated like this at any business . Please share and forward this was at the Harlem location I have had seen this here many times and Never expected this to happen to me I was as polite as could be and this rude behavior was unwarranted. I liked this store. Many different brands of loose leaf tea and herbal teas. Juicy dates and tea party cups sets among other things. Good friendly customer service and I was given free dates. I found some Pink tea or Kashmiri tea to try. I've never tried the tea but the aroma is amazing! ~Umm
