They are "nicely rood"! It is your responsibility to answer customers and if they don't buy your stuff you still should stay nice instead of saying them how much time you spend to answer! If you felt wasted your time then why you are there ?

I liked this store. Many different brands of loose leaf tea and herbal teas. Juicy dates and tea party cups sets among other things. Good friendly customer service and I was given free dates. I found some Pink tea or Kashmiri tea to try. I've never tried the tea but the aroma is amazing!

wont come back again owner r thief he over charge me my bill was 12 dollars and he charge me 62 dollars after i left my wife found out when i go back to his store he curse on me in arabic he thought i dont know arabic but i was born in arab country i know wht he said he never apology to me after long argument he give my money back he dont know customer service
