Great products but mismanaged deli department. Went on a Friday morning 15-20 people waiting at deli. 2 employees at the slicers. One deli worker stocking shelf nearby and another peaked in from the back but quickly escaped. Nobody thought it might be a good idea to help out during a peak time. I waited 20 minutes and my number was still 14 away. Gave up and walked away. Management needs to pay attention. Great products with disappointing service is a formula to go elsewhere.

Seriously? And it isn’t even the first time. There’s always problems with their fruits and veggies and half of the dairy items are expired. Do they even check their dates? Unbelievable.

I walked in looking for a small plant as a gift for my friend. They had a few to choose from but I was more impressed with the selection and in stock of the store. The deli area was incredible. Hot foods, delicatessen, smoked sausages, spices and herbs, meat counter etc. This store was packed to the brim with merchandise. Cashier was nice. It was a very nice experience. If I'm in the area again, I'll stop in for my shopping needs.

Unbelievable store the hot table and salad bar are huge the produce section is also very large the section of ethnic food is great , if you can't find it here it probably doesn't exist also the liquor section is also great.

Pretty good place to shop Good prices, big selection of products I love to try international products And they have stuff from different countries Like Chinese, Mexican, Polish, Greek, Indian. So I can not wait until my next visit to buy groceries to cook Mediterranean dishes.

This store is super well stocked, it has things imported from different countries, the employees are available to help you. you don't need to ask for help. they ask you, and I don't think they get commission for doing it

Be aware of theses these two individuals they ring their friends up and refused to ring my two items they were extremely rude and offensive . I then tried to seek remedy with the Manager and they would not. listen and would Not let me speak and talk over me the Manager went as far as hanging up on me twice I have never treated like this at any business . Please share and forward this was at the Harlem location I have had seen this here many times and Never expected this to happen to me I was as polite as could be and this rude behavior was unwarranted. Unfortunately the employees act like customers are a nuisance. They'll ignore you, push past you and avoid answering questions. I was at checkout today. In the middle of ringing up my stuff the cashier walks away and starts talking to another cashier. Within 30 seconds there were 5 employees ignoring customers and yelling back and forth. I was ready to just walk out. Seriously - the front doors are blocked by a shopping cart - intentionally. You need to go past this and around it to get in. Then there's no carts. Ever. Massive selection of polish and other ethnic foods - If you don't need assistance, the place is great. You can buy - literally - half a lamb. A 50# bag of rice. Pickled fish. The selection is incredible. And about 20% more expensive than other stores when it comes to daily staples.

Are you at a loss of where to go and get the food items you're used to? You've come from a different part of the world and you're still looking for ingredients and don't know where to shop? Shop & Save is the place to go and get all your Middle Eastern and European food items. It's organized with flags over every aisle to make it easier to locate things. Their halal meat and chicken is amazing. Their fish variety is excellent. My only issue with them is they don't carry vegan cheese, or the Arabic pita bread I am able to find in other places, otherwise I would get everything from them.

Great selection of international food!. A lot of Mexican and Polish food. They have a great variety of everything (produce, Meats, drinks, ice cream, etc.). Amazing deals! I definitely recommend checking it out! Take your time and look through everything. This location has a bigger selection then their location on archer. Definetly check out the alcohol aisle if you are of age. They have a nice selection!
