Overall it untidy, needs cleaning and unorganized. Not enough cashiers to get people out of the store in a timely manner, or to get the shelves stocked.

People steal their shopping carts. They should put those long metal poles on their carts like the Dollar Tree. It socks going to a store and no carts. That only makes you buy less.

Because it's walking distance from my house 727 south 14th, Springfield, Illinois the worst I hate is. people bad kids break into it and they go inside and throws products all over the floor, family dollar needs help bad in stocking into the store
