The person working the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me even after making full on eye contact with me and then he went to the back when I tried asking for help he cut me off so I just left.

Had to change my rating. Alignment is off car pulls to the right. Called to make an appointment for the issue and I was told I cannot make an appointment. I had to wait and waste my time. They had to "diagnose" the car to see what is wrong. My alignment was fine before i let them touch it. Don't get an alignment here they will mess up and try to charge you diagnostics to correct their own mistakes.

They don't do all the work you pay them for I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle there unless you want to get scammed

Great place for tires and and oil changes. If you need more expensive work on your vehicle I would recommend going elsewhere. Just because you're "certified" doesn't necessarily mean we need to pay "certified" prices...

Purchased my tires here over two years ago— brought my car in today because one was leaking and they patched it up for free because I had purchased the warranty! I was in and out in 15min. Excellent service. I will be purchasing my next set of tires from here as well.

I brought my car in because I had a slow leak in one tire. They brought my car in to look at it and then the manager or franchise owner, whoever it was, told me that they’re not even going to mess with my car and just get it out of there and call the Ford dealer. I found him to be really rude and they had put me in a bad position. He would not even look at the tire. He said it was something to do with the Lugnuts being chewed up and he didn’t want to waste his time taking the Lugnuts off and replacing them. The least he could’ve done is fixed the slow leak. If there was more major stuff that needed to be done then I could’ve brought it to a proper garage. Meanwhile he sent me out of his shop with a tire that was leaking and with safety issues to include a tire starting to show steel belting

On Saturday morning we noticed our tire was going flat and that there had been a nail in the tire. We traveled from Minneapolis the night before and this was not how we wanted our day to start. We went to a competitor first and was told there would be a two hour wait. I explained that I had an infant in the car, and two dogs. They were not able to help us out so we called around and found Tire Plus. They understood the urgency and got the van right into the shop. They patched the tire in less then 20 minutes. They were kind and appreciated our business even though they knew we had to get it done there. This business understands service and compassion. With the climate of the world we live in, every dollar spent somewhere means more and giving your money to a business that deserves and works for it makes the difference. Thank you Tire Plus of Waukegan for keeping us safe!

Owner very honest and took the time to explain why I needed four new tires, actually showed me all the holes in the tires, and how the wear bars were starting to wear already. No pressure sales. Also excellent value, very reasonable price. Many other mechanics are not honest or respectful to women. I feel I can come here anytime and get honest service I can trust... Even without my husband!
