I don't know what the fuss is all about. From time I drove in til' they unloaded me & on my way out was a total of 1.5hrs. Everyone I dealt with was friendly.7pm.

They took their sweet time to load me. Meanwhile 4 trucks came and went before me. Told me to go to a door that was already taken so I got in the one next to it talked to worker that was bringing Bill's out about the situation he tells me his boss is going to load me. This basterd was the one that loaded me so he lied and took his sweet time

This place is a very big mess. The inventory is very messy and they require employees to fill orders quickly "looking for the product throughout the warehouse" because the system is a big mess. Some employees know the product by heart and know where where to find it and work quickly without using the system. It is the most stressful place to work.

Do not arrive here late, or you’ll be charged $100… $200, if you’re more than two hours late. This company does not care about drivers, traffic, construction, weather, or mechanical failure. I waited an hour for them to begin to unload. Also, be sure you have your own Comchek or EFS check, or you’ll be charged for that, too.

I arrived on time at 1400 for my appointment and got a door right away. Its now 1700 and they haven't even started unloading me. Thankfully there's a petro across the street and it reserved a spot.

I do not understand why this type of places require appoints, they only honor appointments if a driver shows up late. I checked in at 1340 for my 1400 appt. It was too perfect giving door right of way, but there was a trailer at the given door and was told just to wait until that trailer pulls out. This is BS we are regulated by hours 11 hours per day, we have to deal with others inconveniences to put up with this kind of BS. Truckers we need to start demanding brokers to fix this type of situations. My rating for this business is negative 1BILLION STARTS.

Avoid this place at all cost, gave us 6AM delivery appointment, receiving office did not open until 6:40AM, 6 drivers got to pay made up $102 fee for starters, even though our driver has been on site since 4AM and checking every 10 minutes if they're open. They're a fraud making money of making the drivers "late" and charging them for it. Will not take a load delivering here again.
