Joe At BTI Ailments Was The Best Prize & Work On My Front End Of My Car .Another Shop In Morris Was Gonna Charge Me $1792 To Change One Strut ,One Lower Control Arm & Right Drive Axle BUT JOE DID BOTH STRUTS , BOTH LOWER CONTROL ARM & FIXED RIGHT DRIVE AXLE , 2 FRONT TIRES & Alignment FOR $ 1295 & Because Of Safeway Towing He Even Had To Replaced Crushed Oil Filter ..THE BEST WORK & LOWEST PRICES ..THANK YOU BTI & JOE

Very nice people that were extremely accommodating. I needed an oil change before I put a bunch of miles on my car and, I had the time while I was in Wilmington Illinois. These guys we're an excellent choice by me. The young lady at the register was helpful on the phone, professional, and very nice. The people I spoke to at their shop, both her and a gentleman named Joe- they are the owners by the way- for able to get me in and complete my oil change. They also gave me some really cool recommendations on where to grab some food before I left town. Excellent service, I recommend this place for any type of Auto repair.

Only place I will take my car. Service is crazy fast, owner and employees are extremely polite. Prices are very reasonable and they can very often get you in the same day. Very glad I found out about this place. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I brought my Chevy camper van in to get my brakes checked after noticing a brief shake while braking on a down hill slope. They gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my brakes and did not try to upsell me. There was no charge for the inspection, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I would not hesitate to take my car here.
