We had an emergency today, having just moved recently and new to propane heat. Katie at the office ran our paperwork super fast and contacted the driver, Phil, who by the grace of something just happened to be 5 minutes away. We have a tricky driveway, especially with the snow and ice, but Phil came right over and made it work so he could fill our tank. So grateful for the service and kindness, and back to being warm again in the house.

I have used FS tire service in the past many times. Now they will NOT install "online ordered tires" because of "liability reasons". I wanted and ordered online KO2 All Terrains from BFGoodrich that FS said they could not get, even though they sell BFGoodrich tires. They installed 6 "online ordered" Michelins XPS Ribs 2 years ago on my motorhome, But now they will not. I will NEVER use them again !!! Michelin and BFGoodrich tires are the same no matter where you purchase them. What Happened to Customer Service FS / Pat Rentfro? If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I had a 4" slash in my large wide rear tractor tire last week. I called at 8 AM and truck came by 10. Raised tractor temoved half of tire installed boot and tube without removing rim. Great fast service. I highly recommend them for service.
