Best agricultural service in Aledo, Illinois (IL) 2024

When we purchased our JD tractor many years ago, we tried to buy from the Aledo location. They were unable/unwilling to work with us and we purchased from a different dealer. Fast-forward a few years and when our tractor began having issues with the 4WD we brought it in to Aledo describing the issue. We were assured they would find the problem. They did not. We were charged for the "diagnostic" fee. When I complained, they told me they would "make it right" if the problem happened again. They told my husband they would come immediately to our location to fix the problem if it happened again. Well....it happened again. We called and they told us to bring it in - they would get to it in a couple of weeks. So we took it to Galesburg where they diagnosed it correctly and fixed the problem in days. We have tried to give our business to the local dealer- they just didn't want it. *The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the parts counter- the gentlemen there have always been courteous and helpful. ~IL

These guys are quick! I will put them on my list of places to visit in the future if the tire repair/replacement need arises again. ~Joleen
