The store was very clean and neat I was very impressed, but the store manager was a bit rude. The prices with some of the merchandise were not posted at all or were the wrong price, and when we checked out it was a different price.

It's Big Lots. They try to sell stuff other stores couldn't sell. Messy, out of place merch. But That is the clientele.

I used to shop big lots a lot. Went today and their prices are outrageous didn't buy anything.

They care more about signing you up for their rewards card than keeping people waiting in line. Twice I've had to leave my items there in the cart & walk out because they take so long signing people up & they won't open another register. If you say you're not interested in the rewards they sometimes get smart with you like they can't accept no for an answer. All I want to do is pay for my things & go but they make it so difficult it's discouraging to shop there.
