They care more about signing you up for their rewards card than keeping people waiting in line. Twice I've had to leave my items there in the cart & walk out because they take so long signing people up & they won't open another register. If you say you're not interested in the rewards they sometimes get smart with you like they can't accept no for an answer. All I want to do is pay for my things & go but they make it so difficult it's discouraging to shop there. ~C.

Absolutely went above and beyond to make my car as safe as possible while still staying within my budget! The staff all genuinely care and were so helpful. From the manager to the mechanic to the receptionist, nothing but professional and so nice! They truly care about people, their customers, not just the bottom line. Dude was nice but lied and said they didn’t have a play station 5 at first he said they were boxed up. I said so you have them . He says yeah but he can’t go back and get them . Needless to say I said I’ll wait until you clear out . I’m pretty positive his boss would be highly upset if he found out he tried to pass up a 600$ order because you didn’t wanna walk to the back. ~jourdon

I am a frequent renter at this Hertz location and the level of customer service is amazing and always exceeds my expectations. The manager Ari (sp) is a delight and Brandon is always smiling, willing to assist and makes my trips pleasurable. One day the location was sold out and I went to another location for a vehicle. Brandon informed me that I should call him and give him a chance locate me a vehicle. I was wowed beyond imagine because he was interested in retaining me as a customer. Good customer service is a must for me and certainly this Hertz location delivers customer service beyond my expectations! Thanks Brandon you are truly an asset to the Hertz Corporation. See ya soon.
