I have visited this location several times, but only made a purchase once. The employees are so nice and patient. My last visit was this week. I was looking for gold hoop earrings and a name plate necklace. Sheryl (or Cheryl - my apologies if I misspelled her name) was so patient as I looked through the entire gold hoops earring section in their jewelry book. And their selection online of nameplate necklaces. I would definitely recommend this location. If they don’t have it in store, they can order it for you.

My bracelet arrived quickly. I wore for first time today and received many compliments. I am putting together another order now. Kudos to Parken team for original, fresh designs showcasing beautiful stones in original settings. I love chalcedony.

Spent a significant amount of money on wedding rings and the lady put them in plastic bags upon pickup and handed them to me. I asked for a box and bag for the jewelry and she got upset. She said, oh I thought you already had boxes to cover her faux pas of trying to cheapen my experience. Why would I have boxes for jewelry I've never had in my possession? Real jealousy and bitterness in that establishment. I guess catty begins with K? Lol. Disappointing.

Me and my fiancé went to pick up my bridal set, didn’t need anything but ID and account info. He used a Kays credit card for all of this. A week later, got an email saying his ring was in. I took myself and my toddler to pick the ring up an hour away. I went in and the two rude ladies stated I need his ID or credit card to pick up even though I’m authorized to pick up. I was aggravated I drove an hour away to get it, and needed verification even though I did this with mine. A week before. My fiancé called up there telling them the situation and how upset I was and they said all he had to do was send his credit card and ID to me as a photo. They didn’t tell me that either. My ring is absolutely beautiful I would give that 5 starts. My two stars comes from all the headaches I had getting it. I got a wrap with a center ring. Of course it was sent in to get re-sized and sottered together it was such a messy job and they didn’t make it smooth so they had to send it back. I was told I’d get it back by Friday when I called Friday they said oh no it’s not ready it would be Monday. Monday comes around it was there. The lady I spoke with so so rude I asked to speak with a manager she said she’ll tell you the same thing and then said she was busy. I asked for a call back and never got back one. I actually asked to speak to the manager twice and nothing And the “credit” is a joke you have to spend even more money just to get a little off. So you spend 3000 you get a credit of 900 just to use that you have to spend another 3000. What a rip off never go here I’ll never go back

I bought a beautiful ring for my girlfriend's birthday here. We had it repaired twice for lost stones. On the second repair, they deformed one of the bands that holds the diamonds. Shortly after that the bottom of the band broke and we chose to go back and have it replaced with the same ring hoping it was simply a defective ring. Unfortunately not. The ring was just as bad as the first one. Not even a month after we got it the first stone fell out. At this point, I just wanted my money back so that I could go get her a more quality piece of jewelry. They had the nerve to refuse a refund because it was past their refund time frame. I was directed to a hotline to call. Poor customer service at it's finest. If someone you have done business with for a long time comes to you with a simple request, you should honor it. It's not going to break your bank. It was $200. Shop here at your own risk. I won't make the mistake again!
