I hit a deer Sunday morning, 11/17/19, drove to the nearest open place. When I went in to get warm, the clerk was very friendly and had no problem with me hanging until my tow arrived. After several phone calls and hours, my tow arrived. Thanks so much for sharing the warmth of your store and for the great coffee.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! This place is the worst to stop at in the morning. If you happen to come in the store at their shift change, they will make you wait on them. I have seen a line of people from the register to the cooler waiting on them to count the register. Another time I needed gas in the morning and it happened to be at their “shift change”. I went in, paid, went outside to pump my gas. I waited a few minutes for the pump to be ready and still nothing. So I went in, asked why it wasn’t ready. I was told it was shift change and it would be just another minute. I went back out, waited a few more minutes and still nothing. I went back in for the third time and they were done and standing around. I asked why the pump wasn’t working and that I was going to be late to work. They told me “oops, the person didn’t put it on there. It should work now”. I have had only two people there actually give good customer service and one no longer works there. This place is terrible. So unless you enjoy long lines and being late for work, I would avoid this place like the plague!

Don't use your 711 card here, this is the 3rd time I've had an employee say the 711 card/app was not working, only to see when I get home my points were redeemed and I was still charged. Only 711 in the area I seem to have this issue with.

There is an employee that is very rude his name is Paul I went in this Morning and bought some products and I want to say he is very rude....seven eleven trives on customer's service and he is not one to work there. Never offer seven rewards either...
