Amazing selection of road shoes- If you are a trail runner, best to visit a different branch, due to a lack of trail specific shoes at this location. Otherwise 5/5 for amazing staff and support.

I got full service five star treatment for assessment of my feet! And was able to purchase a pair of walking shoes that will be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned! Your staff is very attentive and knowledgeable beyond! Ask for Jeffrey! So patient and knowledgeable!

I came in and was surprised to see this store being much smaller than the main one I go to, however I still had a good experience. Jeffrey helped me and did a great job. He asked me questions about what types of things I like and don't like in shoe comfort, if I have any physical pains in my body, and other related questions. Based on my answers it lead me to a "Max Cushion Stability" shoe, so Jeffrey showed me all the options of that they had. He also got me set up with custom inserts (expensive though). In total, walking out with a pair of shoes and inserts cost me $268!!!! YIKES. VERY EXPENSIVE BUT STILL WORTH IT. My ankles roll inward a lot (pronate) when I walk, so getting shoes and inserts to help this will hopefully lower my body pain levels. I'll keep you all updated on how it goes...I had to order the shoe in black and white online because they only had purple in the store, so I will update once I have them and wear them daily.

Taylor and Anthony at the Solana Beach store are superb. Best customer service ever. We felt like royalty the level of service they both gave. We bought several shoes and Taylor fitted us both with inserts. I decided this week to try their sister store in Carlsbad to see if they had any different stock as it was closer to my home. The store was not busy and I was in there almost 30 minutes and not one person approached me. I left and went to the Solona Beach store and immediately got waited on. Anthony was very patient and helpful as I selected another pair. I will drive the extra miles to continue to get great customer service.

Great experience at the the Solana Beach store. Transaction was a little unusual so manager had to assist and it was handled perfectly. Will definitely visit again. I note on my account that I have been shopping at RR for 29 years!

We had a wonderful experience. Three of my boys needed shoes for the upcoming school year. Boys wear the same shoes every single day for every activity. It’s important to have the finely trained Roadrunner staff help to make each step a comfortable and healthy joint step. My boys love their new shoes and insoles. The selection was wide as fashion is important to these boys too. Well done Roadrunner Sports!

I had bought a pair of sneakers for hiking. I only had them a few weeks when the top edges started to fray. I returned them for another pair that was more suited for hiking. It was the easiest transaction. I felt the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing another shoe that would better fit my needs.
