Awesome experience all the way around. I was scanned almost a year ago so we went with those measurements. The shoes based on that were winners. I went with a comfy, supportive pair of Hoka runners. I will definitely back when I need shoes again.

Didn’t realize I’ve been buying the wrong shoe size my entire life. They 3D measured my feet and recommended a size smaller but the WIDE version. Also had the orthotics my doctor recommended. Great shoes but even better service. Highly recommended

Andrew was very patient and helpful especially with trying on 3 different pairs of shoes with my custom orthotics. Andrew told me that I’ll probably like the first pair best and he was right. This was the first time I’ve ever had my feet measured for shoes. The customer service in Elk Grove store was great.

Purchased a new pair of Karhu shoes yesterday. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful in picking out the shoes that best suited my needs. He explained the foot scan, the different style of shoe (neutral, stability, soft, etc.), and the differences between brands. Very nice experience and I look forward to returning once I need a new pair.

Customer service was great and staff was attentive. They're extremely knowledgeable on what shoes will be the best fit for you. It was nice to get the 3D scan and get a better understanding of why I need certain shoes over others. My shoes are comfortable and I even got some arch support soles! Highly recommend!

The best service given by Jenny! I absolutely LOVED my experience, learned new things about myself through the 4D scan and the overall foot evaluation before they find a shoe for you. I felt completely cared for as Tyler and Cole doted on me as well. They were extremely kind and stayed an extra 20 minutes past their closing time today to attend to my needs. An amazing experience! I always return to Fleet Feet in Elk Grove because of the excellent customer service. They take the time to understand your needs and then make recommendations. They also have technology on hand to check your stride and scan your feet. I ordered custom inserts and bought another pair of walking shoes. Tyler was awesome!

I have tried 2 other shoe stores who find a tailored shoe to your foot, and this has by far been my best experience. Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, good selection, and they do what it takes to listen to your needs. I didn't even realize I kept them there 45 minutes after closing! They didn't try to rush me on my decision based on the clock, and I can tell they care more about delivering quality the first time around. Thank you to the awesome staff! (Side note: book an appointment ahead of time. They are worth the wait list!)
