This review is specifically for the employee named SONIA Firstly, super rude and unprofessional. She has zero sense to talk to customers. I've been coming to the store to return an item. On day they said they close at 7 so come next day. Next day I came in at 6.30 and SONIA was right at the counter and she said it's closed come tomorrow. I requested her to accept the return as I was at the store 30 minutes before but she very rudely said we closed at 6 if you have a problem contact the HR because I do not care.and if you do not need the item TRASH IT BUT I AM NOT ACCEPTING THE RETURN. If you keep hiring succh staff!!! Good luck Wal-Mart.

This Walmart store used to be theeeee worst experience as far as rude employees. I actually stopped shipping At this particular Walmart for a couple of years for that reason. I spend every working morning attending to customer service issues so I promise, I do understand how hard customer service can be. I'd say the employees here could use a daily pep talk and a raise, ut other than that, I'd say they've done a 180 from the horror show it was three years ago... 😁

Always crowded can't really find what your looking for store is to big and they have products all mixed and match how we suppose to find anything in here and good luck finding a team member to help you have to walk a mile around the store to find help and then what you need is on the other side of the store and I handicap but is a good way to waist time..

The staff here act like they are doing you some kind of favor by letting you shop here. They do not have a very wide range of choices like other Walmarts. Extremely limited fresh grocery items. Very few clothes. I’m not sure if this is a high theft store or if the employees are just super vigilant, but there are seem to be common confrontations at the self check out area. Walmart isn’t my favorite place, but this place is worse than most.

On this particular visit, I was very pleased with how neat the clothing section was. The clothes was orginized and stocked neatly. My experience at the register this day was also great. I was greeted and thanked for shopping at walmart on my way out.

Supply chain is affecting soda supply. Bummer. Was looking great 3 weeks ago. This week it’s like the 2020 toilet paper levels of stock on hand. Hardly any soda at all. Bummer.

Walmart Brucevill has the Best employee workers so far!!! Finally! Went here 6/23/22. I needed some help buying stuff in those locked up items. I Pressed the help button 2 times only and the lady employee came in right away to my rescue. Lol!! I was just so shocked and appreciate her so much. This was not the first time she helped me get stuff inside the locked up items. She was also patient with us ,when we were buying a scooter and looking for the Razor Jetts. She even help us reading what the specifications are to buy the right item. She goes above and beyond!! She sounded like a filipino accent, but looks like a different Asian. Overall, I appreciate her so much for making my shopping easy and leaving Walmart Happy and Satisfied.

Love the Walmart. The staff is friendly and willing to help if you approach them. Just like anyone else, the staff can be sometimes shy to ask if assistance needed. Awesome savings in clothes and electronics. I love buying George branded pants and Shirts. Overall, great service with great products available at every turn. I will definitely shop here more often as I live nearby.

Don't eat there, worst Carl's Jr ever. My order was wrong and they wouldn't remake it. I'm completely allergic to onions and what they tried to do to me was pull the onions out and put the burger back in the microwave with the lettuce and tomato. I didn't realize this until I got home. Had to drive all the way back to get my money back. I will never eat at this Carl's Jr again. And I dealt with the manager that was on duty. I was told policy was that they didn't remake burgers. Such bad business practice
