The lines are long and they won’t open more registers. Refried beans and taco shells are missing from the whole store. But the prices are good and the produce looks fine compared to Walmart produce which looks kind of spoiled. ~Gregg

Love the Walmart. The staff is friendly and willing to help if you approach them. Just like anyone else, the staff can be sometimes shy to ask if assistance needed. Awesome savings in clothes and electronics. I love buying George branded pants and Shirts. Overall, great service with great products available at every turn. I will definitely shop here more often as I live nearby. ~Emmanuel

Horrible experience with the cashier. Told me repeatedly that they only had paper bags even though I clearly showed her multiple registers with plastic bags. The paper bag she insisted in using was already tearing. We ended up bagging everything ourselves no big deal but it clearly bothered her. Honestly if I could give her negative stars I would ~Carl

Always finding something unique when I decide to go in for seasonal items, vegetarian frozen foods or shopping for my college student. The staff for the most part are welcoming and friendly. The produce is not always the freshest, but they do have an organic section and if you hit the right day it’s as good as any market around. ~Stephanie

We drove 30 mins from Stockton for a Covid vaccine for my toddler. Our appointment was at 12:00 pm. When we arrived we learned that a family had been waiting since 10:30 and that the nurse practitioner was late. We waited over an hour and then decided to leave because we had a time sensitive event to attend. I didn’t think getting a vaccine would take so long. So I set another appointment for 3:30pm the same day. When we arrived again only one family was in front of us. 20-30 mins later another family arrived and is somehow seen before us. After they leave we wait again and see on the screen that there is apparently another patient “in service” but nobody walked into the room, we were there the whole time and saw no one. And then we see the “cleaning room” sign and wait another 10 mins. At this point my toddler is restless and ready to leave and so am I because we had been waiting for an hour for a SECOND TIME. This is not good customer service. I had no problem coming to get my toddlers first Covid vaccine 3 weeks ago but today it seemed the nurse practitioner was just working on her own time. Very unprofessional and I’m very upset especially because I drove 30 mins out here. ~Vah

Glad to have new Asian market in Elk Grove area. Since it is new so everything is clean and tidy. They have nice choice of Asian grocery, fish, meat and poultry at a competitive price. ~Pauline

Definitely five stars, they are so nice and respectful, both brothers and everybody. The customer service is above and beyond. It’s been 2 years I go here but didn’t put a review for them 😁 ~Najibullah
