Best vitamin and supplements store in Elk Grove, California (CA) 2024

We drove 30 mins from Stockton for a Covid vaccine for my toddler. Our appointment was at 12:00 pm. When we arrived we learned that a family had been waiting since 10:30 and that the nurse practitioner was late. We waited over an hour and then decided to leave because we had a time sensitive event to attend. I didn’t think getting a vaccine would take so long. So I set another appointment for 3:30pm the same day. When we arrived again only one family was in front of us. 20-30 mins later another family arrived and is somehow seen before us. After they leave we wait again and see on the screen that there is apparently another patient “in service” but nobody walked into the room, we were there the whole time and saw no one. And then we see the “cleaning room” sign and wait another 10 mins. At this point my toddler is restless and ready to leave and so am I because we had been waiting for an hour for a SECOND TIME. This is not good customer service. I had no problem coming to get my toddlers first Covid vaccine 3 weeks ago but today it seemed the nurse practitioner was just working on her own time. Very unprofessional and I’m very upset especially because I drove 30 mins out here. ~Vah

Seems like the staff is just full of themselves have no idea what or we're stuff is smd always rude Going back to a new pharmacy. At 66 years don't need poor rude folks. ~Mike

Finally had to throw in the towel and move our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I feel bad for the staff. They are understaffed and overworked. CVS corporate isnt paying attention. I've sent emails and completed surveys. They add all kinds of services for Covid testing and vaccinations but not staff. There is no way the people who work there can provide good service. It took us a week and 8 calls to get them to transfer our prescriptions. They are the closest pharmacy to us but I would rather drive a little further then spend endless hours and trips trying to deal with this place. It couldn't be clearer that all CVS corporate cares about is the money. Best wishes CVS. We have other choices. If you are getting bad service, I encourage you to move to a new pharmacy also. Sadly, I think it is the only thing that they will notice. ~Dora
