Finally had to throw in the towel and move our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I feel bad for the staff. They are understaffed and overworked. CVS corporate isnt paying attention. I've sent emails and completed surveys. They add all kinds of services for Covid testing and vaccinations but not staff. There is no way the people who work there can provide good service. It took us a week and 8 calls to get them to transfer our prescriptions. They are the closest pharmacy to us but I would rather drive a little further then spend endless hours and trips trying to deal with this place. It couldn't be clearer that all CVS corporate cares about is the money. Best wishes CVS. We have other choices. If you are getting bad service, I encourage you to move to a new pharmacy also. Sadly, I think it is the only thing that they will notice. ~Dora

I don't get notified about my prescriptions being ready. I can go there two days after my prescription was sent to them and it won't be ready. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes now waiting for them to answer. This place is understaffed and it seems that Rite Aid doesn't care. The experience at this location is absolutely horrible and it's something that can be fixed but Rite Aid chooses not to do it. ~Nikhil

Decent establishment for Indian grocery needs. You can find all your basic, non perishable needs here. However would like to point out that the Indian stores including India spices and music in Elk Grove have a limited scale. It is not a one stop shop for all your needs under one roof. The produce section is small and the vegetables are not always fresh. One has to go to Asian stores to find fresh, Indian vegetables. I wish that wasn’t the case and I could get all my shopping done under one roof. ~Moe

Stopped by on the day before mother's day and they were busy as expected but very efficient with checking people out. Pleasant and courteous associates. Clean and decently stocked store. Overall worth the visit. ~Heidi

I have tried 2 other shoe stores who find a tailored shoe to your foot, and this has by far been my best experience. Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, good selection, and they do what it takes to listen to your needs. I didn't even realize I kept them there 45 minutes after closing! They didn't try to rush me on my decision based on the clock, and I can tell they care more about delivering quality the first time around. Thank you to the awesome staff! (Side note: book an appointment ahead of time. They are worth the wait list!) ~Leah

The rear view mirror had fallen off of the windshield again, so I stopped in to pick up the glue and cleaning add to be able to re-glue the mounting tab to the windshield. When I entered the store I told the clerk what I needed, within 30 seconds he was handing me the repair packet consisting of a few drops of glue and and a cleaning/activation towelet. 30 seconds later after paying with plastic I was walking out the door, it's a very efficient place. My truck is a 96 model year Ford F150 4x4 that I bought new (built FORD tough). Yes, I've had to do this 3 previous times. It's Too bad Ford doesn't make glue. ~Perry
