I WAS CHARGED ON TWO CARDS; MORE ON ONE CARD.. THEN THE OTHER FOR THE SAME THING.. APPARENTLY THIS IS GOING ON HERE IN ELK GROVE; HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER TO MY NEW BANK CARD IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO… THEY ARE VERY DISCRIMINATING.. I don't get notified about my prescriptions being ready. I can go there two days after my prescription was sent to them and it won't be ready. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes now waiting for them to answer. This place is understaffed and it seems that Rite Aid doesn't care. The experience at this location is absolutely horrible and it's something that can be fixed but Rite Aid chooses not to do it.

I've been very pleased with this Rx. I always get my meds within hours and love the convenience of the drive thru. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend ☺️. The texts are super helpful for communication!

Worst service. They did not contact me that my RX was filled, usually by auto test, so I picked it up 2 days late. Then they said it's 30 from the date you pick it up not when it's filled. Also there is one clerk that actually complains to each patron about how they are treated. Crazy - -will be leaving them next month.

I'm never compelled to write a review, however today I am very disappointed with Rite's Aid Pharmacy. We were discriminated against. Initially before entering the store, I called the pharmacy regarding the COVID-19 booster shot for a relative from overseas. The pharmacist clearly let us know he was able to take the booster regardless if he took the previous vaccines out-of-country. We just needed a proof of ID and vaccination card. So we head to the pharmacist, and immediately the Lab Technician named Natasha made me feel very uncomfortable. She spoke with a very rude tone and was passive aggressive as we were giving our information. She even glared at me while I was on the side when my relative was giving his information. Entire process, I was VERY uncomfortable with her behavior so I spoke up and let her know that I was uncomfortable and if she could tone down a bit. She flared up and gave a very, very insincere remark, " I'm sorry YOU feel that way". I was appalled.... Anyways, I looked over it. I was exhausted I just wanted my relative to get his booster shot. Then, she told us rudely he was unable to take the vaccine because the previous two was AstraZenca (which our local PCP said it was fine to take Pfizer or Moderna Vaccine). Then we asked to speak to the pharmacist about this and AGAIN she clearly stated it was FINE. As we were finishing our paperwork, Natasha and Thien (another tech) then called another pharmacist even though the pharmacist on duty gave the green-light and told us yes. We were SHOCKED. Natasha tried her best in her ability to NOT give us the booster vaccine. From the very start, she was behaving so rudely and felt very discriminated. Not one tech, but two tech, the other one being Thien was being equally rude and passive aggressive. So we leave because we do not like being disrespected. We then went to a CVS pharmacy and lo and behold guys...he GOT the vaccine. They asked for the ID and vaccination card and gave him the vaccine within minutes. I really want corporate to be aware of this. This was extremely uncalled for and I hope no other customers have to experience this ordeal. Also, COVID-19 cases are on the rise with a new variant on loose, it's a SHAME that there are pharmacy techs out here who are actively discriminating people from receiving it. Very disappointed.

The worst pharmacy ever!! Not only do people testing for covid have presidence over people picking or dropping off prescriptions ... their wait time is absolutely ridiculous! 0 stars in customer service

Have had mixed experiences overall with this store. General shopping has been fine. Pharmacists are a mixed bag, some are well-mannered others are extremely rude, especially at the drive-thru. Normally, use Kaiser Permanente's pharmacy and get treated well 100% of the time.

I've been calling so many times in the pharmacy but nobody's answering. I called the store line and he said that this time someone will answer but still the same. Pls. do not advertise your pharmacy if you can't even deliver good services to your client. Ypu even advertise your covid vaccine, how reliable are you on that? You can't even answer your phone. I was calling if I have pain prescription from my doctor that was sent over but no one's answering. So it means you'll gonna leave your pt. in pain althroughout the night or your patient will bounce back to emergency room. What a horrible service.

I’m very sorry to see all of these negative reviews, my husband and I switched to Rite Aid two years ago and they have been nothing but nice and very helpful to us. At one point we lost our insurance, John, Natasha, Mohammed, and the rest of the team, have gone above and beyond to help us save money on our prescriptions. I will never go anywhere else, these people seem like they really do care, which is very unusual these days. I would like to give a special thank you to John, we would not be able to afford to buy our meds if not for him. He personally has helped in my quality-of-life, thank you John
