The young lady that works there was the flat out rudest human being I have ever met. My cars battery crapped out on me on my way to pick up Overtime hours at my job. The “lady” proceeded to raise her voice at me and told me to move my car over and over again. I tried to explain that it was 530am and I was going to have to call someone to come jump my car and or get a new battery. I was able to move my car wayyyyy off to the side and she proceeded to use a raised tone of voice with me and made me feel like I purposely broke down in the pouring rain to inconvenience the gas station. I tried to explain that my car was well out of the way and off to the side and she continued to tell me it needed to be moved in 10 minutes. REPEATEDLY. I will never go to that Marathon or another Marathon if it’s the last place to ever get gas. I liked supporting them over the larger company’s like Speedway and Circle K. After the way I was treated I’ll never step foot in another Marthon for the rest of my life. Being kind goes a long way. This young lady shouldn’t work customer service and in my opinion needs to reevaluate how she treats people. HORRIBLE!

I love this place to get gas, close to home. And Mansi is so nice and so beautiful I love her so much. She's so amazing, and the others that work there are always really nice to me.

These people steal your money. I prepaid 2p in grad gas and forgot and called right away and he said not my problem should have not drive off! Ans tried to do a cash back transaction without my approval! Always ask for a receipt

Hi Buddy Buddy, Is the way most customers are greeted here and it's always nice to be welcomed somewhere no matter where that may be. I think the owners are from India but I'm not sure. Good people though. Great convince store, hot food for breakfast and lunch as well.

They don't price everything either their lazy or they don't want you to know. You can't use their restroom unless you buy something. Unfortunately if you are paying with a card you must spend 4 dollars. Come to find out the bathroom is terrible and needs remodeled. What cracks me up about Marathon gas stations. Is that you notice a lot of them are like the same. Not the fact that this the same brand. But it has the same feel when you walk into them. I just don't like the fact that. a lot of them have you spend. so much money to use a credit card. It seems as though it's every single Marathon that I go to.

This place should be avoided at all costs. I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves 0 stars. I pulled in to get gas, but I went inside first to use the restroom. I asked the man at the counter if they had a bathroom. He pointed at a red door and said "red door". I then promptly walked over and found it was locked. Assuming someone was inside I waited a couple of minutes. Given the wasted time of waiting I thought to myself 'well at least I could save a little time by prepaying the gas.' I did so and then walked back to wait for a person to leave the bathroom. Then the man at the counter promptly said "you need key", which confused me since I was already waiting for what I assumed was someone in there to leave. I then tried to ask is somewhere in there, and he only answered that I needed a key. So I took the key and of course no one was in there. Unfortunately things only got worse, the bathroom smelled like old urine. So I had to pay for a bathroom which was covered in urine. Seriously. Don't go here. Find another gas station. There are plenty in Ellettsville. This gas station does not deserve to use the Marathon branding.

I have frequented this gas station several times a week for the last few years. This is a family owned and operated business and it shows, they treat customers like family too! They are always super friendly and helpful and their breakfast biscuits and lunch pizza are awesome! It's a great feeling to visit an establishment with amazing people working there, nice small hometown to feel to it, just like the old days when customer service used to mean something!

I went in to get gas in my car. He was on the phone while I and another person where waiting to pay. Stood on the phone for a while and didn't make any effort to ring us up. He finally rings up the man in front of me. Then I want to us 2 different was to pay for gas and he refused to serve me. Rudest person I've ever in my life encountered. Total JERK!! Went to Circle K down the street they were amazing!
