The young lady that works there was the flat out rudest human being I have ever met. My cars battery crapped out on me on my way to pick up Overtime hours at my job. The “lady” proceeded to raise her voice at me and told me to move my car over and over again. I tried to explain that it was 530am and I was going to have to call someone to come jump my car and or get a new battery. I was able to move my car wayyyyy off to the side and she proceeded to use a raised tone of voice with me and made me feel like I purposely broke down in the pouring rain to inconvenience the gas station. I tried to explain that my car was well out of the way and off to the side and she continued to tell me it needed to be moved in 10 minutes. REPEATEDLY. I will never go to that Marathon or another Marathon if it’s the last place to ever get gas. I liked supporting them over the larger company’s like Speedway and Circle K. After the way I was treated I’ll never step foot in another Marthon for the rest of my life. Being kind goes a long way. This young lady shouldn’t work customer service and in my opinion needs to reevaluate how she treats people. HORRIBLE! ~Nicholas
